Need to Block Someone on Facebook? Contact Facebook Support 1-850-361-8504


If someone is bothering you on facebook either by sending disrespectful messages or posting irrelevant posts on your timeline then you can easily block that person. That person will no longer be able to contact you again on facebook. There are two methods to do so.

Method 1: Use Your Privacy Settings
On your homepage, click the ‘privacy settings’ button on the top right corner. In the drop menu, click ‘how to stop someone from bothering me ’. Now enter either the name of the person or the email address and click block. You can finally block the person by clicking ‘confirm block’. If you see a problem with finding that person then you can contact Facebook Tech Support for help.

Method 2: Block The Person Directly
You can alternately block the person by going to its personal timeline. Search for his name or id in the search box and identify the target. You can either find the person’s profile by clicking the name appears on his post or message. Once you are on that person’s timeline, look out for the ‘…’ button on the middle right corner of the page. A drop menu will appear when you click this button. Click ‘block’ button that lies on the bottom of the menu. Facebook will ask you one more time to confirm your action. Click ‘confirm’ to block the person for future.
